Integrated molding with EPS core technology creates a more complete frame structure with higher rigidity. The core provides precise support during forming, reducing internal wrinkles and resin buildup for more uniform carbon distribution and stable mechanical performance.

We use Toray original prepreg to ensure carbon quality from the source. Premium prepreg delivers stable resin content and fiber orientation, and with refined layup design, balances lightweight construction with structural performance.
